White Space.

I just may be obsessed with white space...on paper, in a room, even in my closet. My family room pictured here is the quintessential white space in my home. White on white may seem boring to some, but for me it is the perfect monochromatic color scheme. It calms me and provides peace and serenity. I would love to hear your comments and ideas for using white in your home.

whole house consultation fee
i provide on-site consultation and make a plan for your house. after the on-site meeting with you i will provide a written plan with all the details. after this, we can look for the pieces to implement the plan or you can do that on your own. the fee is set depending on the size of the house.
pricing starts at $300.

cost plus fee
you hire me to locate and purchase furniture and accessories and i use a cost basis, plus an agreed upon percentage.

what i do
help you realize your design asthetic at your particular budget level; source the products (whether to-the-trade items or cost conscious substitutes; suggest paint (colors, brands, finishes), wall coverings, window treatments, fabric, flooring, art, supplemental furnishings, and other accessories; help you translate your vision into practical design decisions; finish and style the end product.
what you do
identify specific needs or design dilemma and provide detailed informations (photos, measurements, floor plans); then you put our joint vision into action (meaning the client wants to do the footwork); shopping (i'll source, you buy); establish a specific game plan, budget and timeline.
$150 per hour
